Ingredients
Set for 10 min:
2 cup White flour (app)
1 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1/4 cup White flour
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Water
2 Tbs Salad oil
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 Package yeast
how to make it?
2.Heat 1/2 c of water and 2 tbsp salad oil until warm; stir in yeast.
3.Mix whole wheat flour, the first amount of white flour, and salt in a bowl.
4.Stir in yeast mixture. Knead for 5 minutes with the extra white flour.
5.Place in a greased bowl and let rise for 45 minutes (covered).
6.Divide in two and roll out. Add toppings and bake at 450 F for 20 min.
